Apart from the warm welcome we offer three extremely spacious family rooms which can provide family, double or twin accommodation in each room.All are centrally heated with remote control tv's, hospitality trays and are NO SMOKING for the comfort of all our guests. Breakfasts are served in the privacy of your own room offering cereal/juice, full english, toast& preserves. Early weekday breakfasts are available to business/contract guests. Off street parking is available and we are open all year except between Christmas & New Year. We are placed centrally for Nottingham -12m, Newark -9m (with its antique fairs)& Sherwood Forest -10m and are only 3m outside the historic town of Southwell with its magnificent Minster, The Workhouse and its racecourse.
