This ex-gamekeeper's cottage has a very traditional, cosy feel and has not been modernised, but it has all the usual modern appliances. The accommodation can sleep up to 5 people (2 bedrooms).

Laxdale Cottage tenants can obtain preferential rates for salmon fishing on the Laxdale River and brown trout fishing elsewhere on Borve Lodge Estate.
