There is a well stocked lake in the grounds (coarse fishing by arrangement). The 20 min walk to the safe, sandy beach of Broad Haven through Haroldston Woods is wonderful. The coast path is only ten minutes walk away from the lodge. The coast line of St Bride’s Bay between St David’s and Marloes is surely some of the most spectacular in the country, and must not be missed. Sitting on the lodge veranda is an ideal place to unwind and relax, and maybe see some wildlife. Due to the unusual setting, this lodge is not ideal for wheelchair access. | ||
