Westburn House is situated in 12 acres of grounds in a delightful setting to the south west of Perth & is easily accessed from the A9 & M90 motorways. The area is renowned for its unspoilt countryside & provides a wealth of opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts.

The house has splendid views over the Grampian Mountains to the north and the Ochil Hills to the south. The location is ideal for exploring all that Scotland has to offer.

Visitors may enjoy the peace of the country whilst remaining within easy reach of Edinburgh, Glasgow, St. Andrews, Dundee, Stirling & Perth.

Golfers may choose from 4 courses, including Gleneagles, which are within a 4-mile radius. Walkers can climb Craig Rossie, which overlooks the house, and bag a few Perthshire munros including Ben Lawers & Schiehallion.

A large south facing garden, a private arboretum with paths for those wishing to take a leisurely stroll & a paddock with a small burn flowing along its perimeter, are all here for guests to enjoy.

Accommodation is in a purpose built annex with 3 twin/double ensuite. Television, tea & coffee making facilities are provided.

A self-contained 2-bedroom unit is available for families & we also have a ground floor bedroom for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The annex may be rented as a whole if required.
