Our holiday house is set on a rather isolated site, in fact to reach it a two km inner road must be covered before coming out in front of a breathtaking scenery. “Le Volpaie” is a 180 sq. Mt. splendid stone-built country house recently restored, excellently refined (hand-made cotto floors and raftered ceilings) and that the owners furnished with taste and elegance. PARK: 1500 sq. Mt. garden, excellently kept and embellished with flowering plants. Here is the swimming pool from where the visitor can overlook the wonderful landscape of Cortona hills. INTERIORS: the house is set on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: large lobby, sitting room lounge, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, single bed double room and staircase leading up to the first floor. FIRST FLOOR: Sitting room/studio with sofa bed, double bedroom, single bed double bedroom, bathroom with bath. A laundry has been created in the annex including all necessary fittings. INCLUDED SERVICES: water, electric power, weekly linen change, weekly cleaning of the house, swimming pool (open from May 15th to October 10th) and park maintenance. SERVICE BY REQUEST, ON PAYMENT: Laundry (10 Euro per hour materials included), more frequent cleaning up to a maximum of 2 hours per day (10.30-12.30/16.00-18.00; 10 Euro per hour); breakfast, lunch and dinner supply (from 25 to 40 Euro per head wine not included), Chef (70 Euro per hour food not included), cook (20 Euro per hour food not included); heating according to the use during winter weeks (euro 100,00/week), wood (euro 15,00/100 Kg.). FACILITIES: Satellite Tv, Dishwasher, Washer, Telephone, Barbecue, Hi-Fi system. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon arrival guests will be asked to pay € 750,00 either to the owner or to the person in charge. The deposit will be returned on departure after having checked the property conditions. METHOD OF PAYMENT: An advance sum of 30% will be paid at the time of reservation. The balance will be paid in the 30 days prior to the beginning of tenancy. If the reservation is made in the 30 days prior to the beginning of tenancy, the payment must be equal to the total amount of the rent. The receipt for payment of the balance must be shown to the person in charge of the reception at the property. | ||
