The Dairy Cottage - (Self Catering) Brookpit Lane Clymping West Sussex England BN17 5QU Telephone 01903 724187 A grade 2 listed thatched, detached building of 16th c. origin converted to a two bedroom centrally heated cottage with farmland views, with large garden, patio, barbeque, garden furniture etc. £200-£400 a week/sleeps 5 Inside you will find a double bedroom up a spiral staircase and a twin bedded room for bunk beds and a single bed (or two single beds) downstairs. The Cottage is fully fitted with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine, video and TV. There is also a cot, high chair, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Bed linen is provided for full week lets or charged at £5 per person for part week bookings. There is parking for two cars and the town of Littlehampton is a mile away. A local farm shop is half a mile. The Dairy Cottage is situated in a conservation area along a country lane off Brookpit Lane. The back garden gate leads you to a footpath that takes you across a couple of fields to the sea. The beach is pebbles and sand, with West Beach sand dunes just along the beach. Littlehampton has a Sports and Swimming Centre, golf, tennis, amusements etc. and the attractive town of Arundel with its beautiful castle and antique shops is just three miles. The Cottage is also central to Bognor Regis, Chichester, Fontwell, Goodwood, Worthing and the South Downs. | ||
