Parking is available on street at the front of the Flat. Built in 1834 the accommodation has been modernised and is maintained to a high standard with a view to it being "Home for Home" for the owners and customers use. Recently redecorated the flat has a bright and airy feel about it. You will not be disappointed by the standard of the flat and its facilities. You can be assured of a good standard of cleanliness and comfort and everything you need for self-catering is provided. Heating is provided by gas central heating and the main lounge has a living flame gas fire. The ground/first floor of the flat is easily reached via a short entrance stairway. On the ground/first floor is the entrance vestibule, hall, lounge and dining room, well equipped eat-in kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. The lounge area is comfortably furnished, with plenty of books to read, games, a colour television, DVD player and a gas fire. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people. The fully fitted kitchen has a kitchen bar and stools as an eating area and is fully equipped. A narrow turn stair leads to the second floor level affording 2 further twin bedrooms, one double and one twin. Views over rooftops the the forth and isle of May from upper level.
