The Old Kitchens form part of a large country house in beautiful, peaceful surroundings close to the village of South Holmwood, just a few miles from Dorking. There are several pubs within a short drive of Mill House who also offer excellent food. Gatwick Airport is about a 15 minute drive or a taxi can be ordered and your car left in the garage for a small charge if the garage is free. Trains to London run from Dorking station every 1/2 hour or from Gatwick Station every 15 minutes. Hampton Court, Wisley and other places of historical interest are also within a reasonable driving distance from Mill House. Safe parking is in the courtyard or in the owner’s lockable garage. National Trust Woodland surrounds the house and a short walk through the woods to the Four Wents Pond can be a pleasurable meander on a warm evening.
