One double bedroom with king sized bed, sloped ceiling and original beams, en suite shower room. Cosy sitting room with log burning stove,underfloor heating and leather sofas. Large luxury kitchen with Rayburn opening through french doors onto a private patio/bbq area with valley views. High rear garden with views to the West and accessed by steps. Garden backs onto fields. Smaller front garden with access steps to the stable door and off road parking. No T.V., no washing machine, no tumble dryer, no dishwasher. Beautiful woodland walks alongside the nearby stream. There is a local working woollen mill in Drefach. It is 20-30 minutes drive to beaches and walks on the Cardigan coastline. Updated details of local attractions, restaurants and tourist guides are all available in the cottage. Bedlinen, towels, teatowels and kitchenware are all supplied. There will be chilled wine, local bottled water, some courtesy snacks and toilet items, just in case you left the city in a hurry. 20% of the fee as a deposit will secure any booking with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to holiday. Bookings for short breaks subject to availability. `Last minute` breaks may be available occasionally but will require full payment on booking. A baby or pet is welcome by arrangement. Strictly no smoking allowed inside the cottage. Directions to locate the cottage are essential. Access roads are good but single track. | ||
