The cottage dates from the 19th century and is former agricultural accommodation now modernised to a high standard retaining its character. The cottage is an ideal centre for exploring the Peak District and Derbyshire Dales and for walks (some from the front door)cycling and visiting major attractions such as Chatsworth, Haddon Hall etc. Accommodation is for 3 people and includes all bedlinen, towels, gas and electricity costs. Gas fired central heating is provided. Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge-diner. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a double electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer-dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 3 foot single bed. The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath with electric shower over the bath. Rear garden with garden furniture and outstanding views over the peaks and dales. Welcome tray on arrival and supply of coffee, tea etc provided.
