The property has been rebuilt during 1996 retaining the original front wall and the floor plan of the original rooms but has added a large kitchen at the rear, and upstairs a second bathroom. Much of the original charm of beamed ceilings and fire places has been retained. Llangennith is a village at the North West tip of Gower close to Broughton Beach and Rhossili Beach. It is ideal for seaside surfing and fishing holidays, and many coastal walks. There is an 11th century Norman Church, village pub and post office.
