One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor with windows overlooking a sunny pool measuring 6m by 4m. The pool area also enjoys a sun terrace and barbecue and a lot of privacy. Fully-equipped separate kitchen and a large arched dining room and lounge/ living room, complete with cable television, are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor you'll find the other three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a very large sunny terrace from where you can admire the valley leading to Xlendi Bay. The property is situated near a village at the seaside and is very quiet.
