The upstairs accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one double-bedded, one twin-bedded); downstairs is the sitting room with TV, DVD and hi-fi, and the small dining room. The single-storey extension blends in with the character of the cottage and contains the fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, and WC. The delightful paved courtyard-style back garden is accessed by both a patio door from the dining room and the kitchen door. It has a south-west aspect and is a veritable sun-trap, being shielded by the copse and the surrounding cottages. The patio is an ideal location for relaxing with a drink. Cooking, heating and hot water are all by electricity which is included in the tariff, as is bed, kitchen, table linen and towels. We also provide a provisions welcome pack for you on arrival.
