Kingsand is in the Rame Peninsula, a recognised area of outstanding natural beauty. Kingsand sits between the South West Coastal Path, and the Mount Edgcumbe Estate. The walks are lovely. There are 3 safe swimming beaches, pubs serving good food and shops. The villages are within an hour's drive of Plymouth, the Eden Project, Fowey, Bodmin Moor, Padstow and Newquay. In the Summer there is a foot passenger ferry linking Cawsand beach with Plymouth. | ||
