It is in a block of only 3 apartments and has been furnished and equipped by the owners to English 4 star standard. It is 3 kilometres from Moraira centre and the beach, 3 kilometres from Javea golf course and close to restaurants and shops. The entrance is from a delightful terrace with table and 4 chairs ideal for al fresco dining. The terrace faces west and is in full sun from mid day onwards. For those who prefer shade there is a large wind-out sun awning. Two reclining chairs are also provided. The living area is very spacious with 2 comfortable sofas, dining area with glass and wrought iron table and 4 chairs together with a stylish open plan kitchen. The kitchen has a halogen hob and electric oven with large fridge freezer ,electric kettle, toaster and granite work tops. There are utensils to satisfy the most ambitious cook and plenty of storage space for food. The bedroom has ample wardrobe space and two single beds with luxury mattresses which are 2 metres long and can be pushed together if required. Underneath the apartment is an open fronted garage and large laundry room with washing machine , drying rack, iron and ironing board, There are nice views from the property over roof tops to the mountains beyond. Sunsets can be fantastic. A great feature of the development is the large community pool with poolside bar(not open in low season). There are also tennis courts for hire.
