The house is 1 minute's walk from 2 bars, under 5 minutes' walk from the well stocked village shop and a stone's throw from the River Vienne for canoeing and kayaking. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are only 5 minutes' drive. The living room has beams and an open fireplace and a lovely oak staircase. There is a double sofa bed, rattan chairs and a dining table and chairs, flatscreen TV and CD player/radio. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
