It is ground floor, with terrace and garden that leads to beautiful communal gardens and pool. One of the great things about it is its position: 2 mins walk from dozens of local restaurants, bars and shops 2 min drive (10 minutes walk) from beach and El Paraiso golf course Plus many other golf courses within 10 minutes drive. 7 mins drive from Puerto Banus, and approx 20 mins drive into Marbella town 5 mins drive from San Pedro and 10 mins drive to Estepona. It is a lovely, sunny, bright apartment with comfortable modern furnishings and everything you would need, or like, to make your holiday perfect. There is a 5' bed in master bedroom (which also leads directly out to one of the terraces), and twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (main bedroom is en-suite) and well equipped with fitted wardrobes and chests. There is also a safe fitted in the wardrobe in the master bedroom so you don’t need to worry about the safety of your personal belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you would expect including washing machine, full oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere etc. The fully furnished large lounge and dining room leads directly out to the main terrace and garden. The apartment is well equipped with heaters and fans, CD players satellite TV and a video recorder. The terrace and garden while private, overlook and open onto the beautiful communal garden and pool. On the terrace there are tables and chairs and a BBQ, and there are sun loungers and chairs for making your sunbathing more comfortable. It is beautifully furnished with modern furniture in a Mediterranean style. | ||
