Croft House Barn has views of surrounding pastures and hills and a landmark knoll of trees which marked an ancient burial ground: Waterfall Low. To the front is a tiny village green with village pump and stocks and neighbouring historic cottages. A friendly country pub serving hearty meals is less than 200 yards down the lane. The cottage has been sympathetically refurbished to blend the character of exposed stone and timbers, with the mellow appeal of traditional and antique furniture and also comforts of quality modern facilities, central heating and double-glazing.
