There are some very interesting cycle and walking trails that can be used to explore the lovely Luxulyan Valley only a half mile away. Downstairs has a lounge, seperate dining room and fully fitted kitchen including microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The garden is large, enclosed and south facing. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Gas and electric are included in the price. Linen is £7.50 per person and dogs are £30. Par beach is a short walk away, as are the local shops, pubs, takeaways, play areas and train station. Par is a perfect place to explore both the south coast and the north coast (40 minutes away).
