Divided by a shallow stream and the mill pond, the valley has an east-west perspective which traps the sun all day. Leycroft Valley is a quiet and beautiful location. Flora and fauna include maples, rhododendrons, eucalyptus, buddleia, ducks, rabbits, badgers, bats, buzzards, wagtails, gold crest, robins and many more..
