It shares an acre of garden with the owners' house, Mellangoose Mill, which was a farm and water mill for over 500 years.Simply but comfortably furnished, the cottage is approached up four granite steps. From the patio area with its table and benches visitors overlook the garden, which has a (rough!) putting green, a swing, ducks and an orchard among mature trees and pasture.
