Village amenities include Post Office, Pharmacy/Chemist, Co-op shop and very good local Butcher. Lovely rear gardens with spectacular panoramic views of the estuary. Lawns, a raised deck area, plenty of loungers and other garden furniture. Plus rear patio with barbecue. Small but very well equipped kitchen with double oven full size electric cooker, microwave oven and fridge plus a separate utility room with extra fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. Plenty of glassware, crockery, cutlery and cookware. Large dining room with reproduction Sheraton style table and matching chairs. Adam style mantelshelf over covered hearth (fireplace not in use). Two front reception rooms, one a sitting-room with sofas, easy chairs, TV, Video and DVD and coal effect electric fireplace. *By arrangement 2 more people could sleep in the 'study' room.
