The house is located in a part of rural Normandy popular with tourists, in easy reach of such attractions as Mount St Michel, Villedieu les Poeles and the landing beaches of north east Manche. The house has a living room / kitchen, shower room and large bedroom, total surface area is approximately 420 sq. ft.. There is a private parking space adjacent to the property and garden area. Whist totally independent the house is set within the grounds of a old farm (working) dating from the start of the 19th century. Table d'hotes can be provided at the adjacent farmhouse if required. The owners (English and French) live on site and are able to deal with any queries or problems that may arise. Non-smokers only. Not suitable for children | ||
