Much of the complex, including the high vaulted roof, has been constructed from timber from renewable resources and, on entering the building, you are immediately struck by the fragrance of fresh pinewood. An outdoor pool bar is open on fine days for your enjoyment. In addition to the 50 en-suite bedrooms, the hotel boasts 12 self-catering apartments.
