Casa Boco can be rented as a five bedroom villa for 6 to 10 people with a fully equipped kitchen in the main house. It can also be divided into four separate units: a two bedroom two bath unit called the main house; and three studio efficiency units. Each studio has its own private entrance, mini kitchen, refrigerator, sink, all utensils and a large private covered patio for dinning and relaxing. You can enjoy the view of the setting sun and the sea from here. The studios have king or twin beds in each. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned for your sleeping comfort. There is a telephone in each unit for making local calls and receiving long distance calls. Maid service is provided 6 days per week except for government holidays. La Casita is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a mixture of rattan and eclectic accessories. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room which seats 6 to 8 people and a covered outdoor living - dining atrium. You have your own private 32 foot swimming pool next to the sea along with large private sun deck and lovely gardens. We provide a charcoal grill for your convenience. La Casita offers three air conditioned bedrooms for your sleeping comfort and three bathrooms with US current throughout the villa. A multiple speed ceiling fan is located in each room.
