The owner maintains the cottage and lives nearby. It is convienient for all peak district attractions and Monsal and Millars Dales are close for lovely walks. Pets and children welcome. The house fronts on to the old village market square, close to all amenities. Goldstraws is fully centrally heated with a log/coal burning stove in the Lounge. Bedrooms consist of 2 doubles on the first floor, one with an ensuite shower room. The attic floor is one huge bedroom with 4 single beds, two of which are futons and can be converted to easy chairs if required. There is a second television in this room, which allows it to be used as a second 'Lounge' for children.... or whoever. The original stairs have been retained and are steep and narrow - so may not suit all abilities. The house is full of ancient character - old beams and trusses throughout. | ||
